Central: How to pick perishable items using FEFO

This guide provides essential instructions on using the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method for picking perishable items efficiently within the Leanafy WMS system.

1. Navigate to https://central.leanafywms.com/ and login if required!

2. Go to orders from menu list

3. Select the order to pick

4. Click on "Picklist"

5. Click on "Open Picklist"

6. Click on "Pick Item"

7. Our system suggests items which are perishable to be picked using the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methodology. All fields will be auto-filled based on the suggested pick. Simply confirm the details and click on the "Pick Item" button.

8. If the item quantity in a particular batch isn't enough to fulfil the order, the system will suggest the next batch based on the FEFO methodology. Simply click "Pick Item" again to proceed.

9. Confirm the details and click on "Pick Item" button
