Mobile(Pick Path): How to pick mixed batch using pick path

This guide provides a step-by-step approach to efficiently picking mixed batches using pick path method.

1. Navigate to https://mobile.leanafywms.com/ and login if required!

2. Click on outbound icon

3. Click on "Picking"

4. Click on the mixed batch picklist

Tip: A mixed batch is created when a batch contains a set of orders with different items within the orders.

5. Click on "Start Picking"

Tip: If you don't have sufficient quantity of an item in a single batch, then the pick path method will suggest different quantities from each batch.

6. Scan the location

7. Enter the quantity and confirm the UoM

8. Click on the button

Repeat steps 6-8 for all items in the identical batch.

9. Click on the "Select Consolidation Location" dropdown.

Tip: A consolidation location in a warehouse is where goods are gathered and are organised for multiple orders

10. Select the consolidation location

11. Click on "Set Location"

12. Picking has been completed for the mixed batch.
