Central: How to audit inventory or add a item on a location/LP

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to audit inventory or add an item to a specific location or LP in Central.
1. Navigate to https://central.leanafywms.com and login if necessary !
2. Click on Menu

3. Click on "Inventory"

4. Click on "Options"

5. Click on "Audit Inventory"

6. Enter and select the location/LP where you wish to perform the audit.

Tip: If you only need to audit the quantity of that product at that location/LP, jump to step 14.
7. To add the item on that location/LP, click on "+ Add Item"

8. Select the client from the dropdown

Tip: If you had selected the LP to audit, which is associated with the other client, that client would be selected by default in the "Select Client" field.
9. Type and select the product

10. Enter the quantity & UoM

11. Enter the serial number.
(For batch-controlled products, enter the batch number. For products that are both batch-controlled and perishable, enter the batch number and expiry date.)

12. Click on "Add Product" button

13. Product had been added successfully on that Location/LP

14. To audit, find the product at that location/LP and click on the quantity field.

15. Modify the quantity and enter the reason for the audit, if required.

16. Click on "Make Audit" button.
