Central: How to automatically send daily inventory reports to your clients

This document guides you in updating the settings to send the inventory report based on the frequency and time you provide
1. Navigate to https://central.leanafywms.com and login if required!
2. Click on menu

3. Click on 'Client List'

4. Click on the client

5. Navigate to the "Settings" tab

6. Scroll down and click on the toggle button

7. Enter or select all client email IDs to whom you want to send the inventory report

8. Select the period from the dropdown. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly as the frequency for sending the inventory report to your client.

9. Select the time you want your client to receive the email, based on the period you selected

Note: After the event is triggered at the time you provided, the process may take up to 10 minutes to complete. So your client may receive the email up to 10 minutes after the specified time.
Tip: Time is in 24-hour format
10. Click on "Update Report Delivery" button

11. Your settings have been updated for the client! They will receive the email based on the frequency and time you provided.
