Mobile: How to Receive Returned Item(s)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to receive returned items using a mobile device.

1. Navigate to https://mobile.leanafywms.com/ and login if required !

2. Click on "RMA"

3. Select an RMA #number for which you wish to receive the item.

4. Scan the receiving location QR code or select it from the dropdown by clicking on highlighted area.

5. After selecting receiving location , now click on right arrow button.

6. Select the option for whether you want to receive on LP or as an individual item.

Tip: If receiving on LP, the option to scan LP will be provided on the next screen.

7. Scan the product scannable barcode/QR code or select the product from the dropdown and click on "right arrow" button to go next step.

8. Update the quantity if required and click on the "Save Product Quantity" button

Tip: If you have multiple items to receive, kindly proceed by repeating the flow from step 4.

9. Click on "Finish Receiving process"

10. Click on "Mark Received"
