Central: Including Tracking Details (Serial/Batch) in Packages

1. To begin, you’ll need to enable the configuration for the client where you want tracking details to be included in order packages. Open the client profile, navigate to the Shipping Settings section, and switch on the toggle for "Include Product Tracking in Order Packages".




2. Next, open the picked order and go to the Packaging tab.





3. Click on "Add Packages"



4. Then, select the appropriate package dimensions, and enter the package weight along with its UoM.




5. Select the product you want to add to the package.

Tip: You can click the barcode icon and enter tracking details like serial number or batch number to add the product directly to the package without selecting it manually.



6. Select the product tracking information you want to include in the package.




7. Click the “+” icon to add the selected product to the package along with the corresponding quantity and UoM.



8. Select all the required products along with their corresponding tracking information that you want to include in the package.



9. After adding all the products, click 'Add Package to Order #{NUMBER}' to create and save the package.


Tip: If the order contains a kit with picked sub-items (kit assembly), you’ll need to provide tracking information for all such quantities in the order.
