Mobile(Pick Path): How to pick identical batch using pick path

This guide provides a step-by-step approach to efficiently picking identical batches using pick path method.

1. Navigate to https://mobile.leanafywms.com and login if required!

2. Click on outbound menu icon

3. Click on "Picking"

4. Click on the identical batch picklist

Tip: An identical batch is created when a batch contains a set of orders with the identical items inside each order.

5. Click on "Start Picking"

Tip: If you don't have sufficient quantity of an item in a single batch, then the pick path method will suggest different quantities from each batch.

6. Scan the location

7. Enter the quantity and confirm the UoM

8. Click on the button to confirm

Repeat steps 6-8 for all items in the identical batch.

9. Click on "Select Consolidation Location" dropdown.

10. Select the consolidation location

Tip: A consolidation location in a warehouse is where goods are gathered and are organised for multiple orders

11. Click on the "Set Location"

12. Picking has been completed for the identical batch.
