Central: How to configure auto-allocation of inventory

Tip: This is a client level configuration which affects back orders when inventory is updated by processes like audit, receiving, deallocation and order cancellation.

Please Note: This is a system automated process, if the configuration is turned on.

1. Navigate to https://central.leanafywms.com and login if required!

2. Click on Menu

3. Click on Client List

4. Click on the client

5. Navigate to the settings tab

6. Click on Settings

7. You can turn on auto-allocation for the client. This will tell the system to allocate the newly received quantity of an item to any and all back orders of that item.

8. You can choose the allocation direction based on your client operation, whether to go by the oldest orders or the newest.

9. You can select the checkbox to prioritise fully allocatable orders so that system will first find orders that can be moved from backorder.

10. Click on "Update Client" button.

11. Client settings have been updated successfully!
