Central: How to put an item or location on hold, or activate it

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to put an item or location on hold, and how to activate them again in the inventory.
Go to your central dashboard and log in if necessary https://central.leanafywms.com/
Navigate to the inventory from menu item.

3. Locate the item you wish to put on hold, and click the 'Active' button under the Status column for that respective product.

Tip: Use the filter to see products for a specific client.
4. A confirmation box will pop up. Click on 'Hold Item' to put the item on hold.

Tip: To activate the item again, select the client from the filters and toggle the "Show items on hold" button, then click the "Filter table" button to list all items on hold for the selected client. After that, navigate to the item and click "On Hold" to activate it again.

5. To put a particular location on hold, click on 'View' for any item stored at that location.

6. Navigate to the Locations tab

7. Find the location and click the 'Active' button under the Loc Status column to put that location on hold.

Note: The location hold will apply to all items for all clients stored at that particular location.
8. A confirmation box will pop up. Click on 'Hold Location' to place the location on hold.

Tip: You can click on "On Hold" to activate that location again.
