Central: How to Cancel a Picked Order and Fulfill a Reclamation

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for canceling an order and fulfilling a reclamation within the Central system.

1. Navigate to https://central.leanafywms.com/ and login if required!

2. Click on Menu

3. Click on Orders

4. Find and click the order you wish to cancel.

5. Click on "Options"

6. Click on "Cancel Order"

7. Enter the reason for the cancellation and click on "Confirm"


Reclaiming Inventory of cancelled order

When you cancel an order that’s been picked (partially or fully), the picked quantity is removed from inventory. To make those items available for future orders, the picked quantity needs to be returned to inventory. Since returning each item to its original location can be difficult—especially for fast-moving items—a reclamation slip is generated. It shows the items and quantities that need to be returned.

You have two options to handle the reclamation slip:

  1. Return all items to a single location

  2. Manually audit and update quantities at each location

Below are the steps for both options.

8. Go to the menu and click on "Reclamations"



💡 Tip

A reclamation slip is generated in these cases:

  1. When you cancel a picklist that’s partially or fully picked.

  2. When you cancel an order that’s in 'picked,' 'packed,' or 'shipped' status (within the warehouse).

  3. When an item is removed from an order after it’s been picked.

Note: The reclamation slip only includes items that have been picked.

9. A reclamation slip would have been generated for the canceled order that was already picked. Click on it.

10. Verify the item, its quantity, and its tracking information (if applicable), then click on the 'Fulfill Reclamation' button.

Prerequisite: You should have required permissions in access control to perform this operation.



11. Enter and select the location where you wish to place the items so that they are available again in the inventory for orders.

💡 Tip

You can complete the reclamation without specifying a location by clicking 'Close Reclamation.' If you do this, you’ll need to manually update the quantity using the 'Audit Inventory' feature.

12. Click on "Fulfill at Location"

13. The reclamation process is complete. You can navigate to the 'Details' tab for all related information.

This will close the cancellation loop as well and return the missing quantity back to the inventory.
